- Sea Freight operations (LCL/FCL).

Coordinate with customers, airlines, shipping lines, CHA/customs brokers, transporters and overseas agents.

Manage shipment bookings, pickup, customs clearance, documentation and delivery.

Prepare/check AWB, BL, Shipping Bill, SI, VGM, Invoice &

- Packing List.

Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers.

Coordinate factory pickup, CFS/ICD, port/airport movement and final delivery.

Handle DAP/DDU and door-to-door shipments where required.

Coordinate with overseas agents for pre-alerts, destination clearance and delivery.

Resolve operational issues, delays and documentation discrepancies.





Maintain shipment records, MIS and operational reports.

Coordinate with Accounts/Pricing teams regarding shipment-related charges and vendor invoices.

Candidate

Requirements Graduate preferred with 1–3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping/Logistics.

Good knowledge of Air &

- Sea Freight operations and export documentation.

Knowledge of LCL/FCL, AWB/BL, Customs Clearance and Incoterms preferred.

Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Email.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
