Job Summary

Pure Spa is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive to identify, approach, and onboard hotel partners for spa management and operating partnerships. The role involves developing relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and hospitality decision-makers to expand Pure Spa’s presence across premium hotels and resorts.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partner Acquisition




Identify and approach hotels, resorts, clubs, and hospitality properties for spa management opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, market research, and field visits.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective hotel partners.

Sales & Presentations
Present Pure Spa’s business model, operational capabilities, and revenue-sharing opportunities to hotel decision-makers.
Conduct meetings, site visits, and business presentations.
Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements.
Negotiate terms and successfully close partnership deals.

Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Operations Heads, and Asset Managers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of recent hotel partners.
Maintain long-term relationships to identify expansion opportunities within partner properties.
