Role Description:
We are looking for a full time Back Office Executive to join our team at. This in office role is based in Vadodara, where you will be responsible for managing back office tasks, ensuring organized and efficient office operations, and providing support to other departments. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, handling communications, maintaining records, supporting sales and finance functions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Ability to manage Back Office Operations and maintain organized Office Operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Solid verbal and written Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with teams and clients
Experience in supporting Sales-related tasks such as documentation, coordination, and follow-ups
Familiarity with basic Finance functions,
including record-keeping and financial data management
Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and database management tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in office administration or back office roles is advantageous
Location - Current VIP Road, Vadodara
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
