About the Role:
We are looking for a energetic and business-focused Legal Associate to support OnGrid's rapidly growing operations. This role offers an chance to work closely with leadership, commercial teams, product teams, and external stakeholders on a wide range of legal, contractual, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate,



and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including:Customer Agreements
Vendor Contracts
Service Agreements
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
Partnership Agreements
Terms of Use and Privacy Policies
Partner with business teams to provide practical legal advice and support commercial transactions.
Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including execution, tracking, renewals, amendments, and closure of agreements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with business operations.
Support compliance initiatives related to corporate governance, data privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor evolving legal and regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on their impact on the business.
