Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Database Management
Generate qualified leads for safety training, qualified certifications, skill development programmes, corporate workshops, and consulting services.
Identify and source prospective clients from platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other digital databases.
Build and maintain prospect databases of corporate clients, educational institutions, training centres, and individual professionals.
Verify and update lead information regularly to ensure data accuracy.

Lead Allocation & CRM Management
Allocate qualified leads to Business Development Executives and Sales Team Members.
Maintain lead tracking records and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.




Monitor lead conversion performance and generate periodic reports.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
Coordinate with management regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Website Management
Maintain and update the company website and landing pages.
Upload current course information, events, workshops, articles, and promotional content.
Monitor website functionality and coordinate technical support when required.
Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Monitor website traffic and performance analytics.

Social Media Management
Manage and maintain company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
Develop and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, articles, announcements, and promotional campaigns.
Schedule and monitor social media posts.
