Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and update training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
Conduct onboarding and induction training for new retail employees.
Deliver product knowledge, sales, customer service, and operational training programs.
Assess training needs through store visits, performance reviews, and feedback from management.
Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, observations, and performance metrics.
Coach and mentor retail staff to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and retail operating procedures.
Support current store openings by training and preparing staff.
Monitor employee performance and recommend development plans.
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, retail best practices, and current product launches.

Required Qualifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
