Client Coordination Executive - International Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and client requirements.
Support day-to-day operational activities while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain accuracy in documentation, data management, and client communications.
Follow established international processes, compliance requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
Assist in tracking tasks, managing client requests, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Demonstrate a proactive approach towards problem-solving and client satisfaction.
Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all operational activities.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience handling international clients.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust Microsoft Excel skills,



including reporting, data management, and analysis.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.
Willingness to work from the Ahmedabad office.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Property Management, Real Estate Operations, Customer Success, Client Coordination, Administration, or Strata Management.
Experience working with Australian or other international clients.
