Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting cakes, pastries, and bakery products.
Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
Take customer orders for cakes and special occasions.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure products are properly stocked.
Pack bakery items carefully and efficiently.
Keep the counter area clean, organized, and hygienic.
Assist in receiving and arranging stock.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the bakery team regarding customer orders and deliveries.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
