Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Irish recruitment team to meet regional staffing requirements.
Execute recruitment campaigns alongside recruitment consultants, promoting vacancies across relevant platforms.
Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and channels to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.




Ensure the completion of the end-to-end recruitment process in compliance with company standards.
Operate independently and proactively, reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager.
Minimum of 7 months to 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM software.
Solid time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.:
Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.
Experience in international recruitment is a strong advantage.
Bachelors degree is a must
