Job Summary:
An HR Intern assists the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and HR activities. The intern gains practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, payroll support, and HR operations while developing skilled HR skills.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Selection
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
Employee Onboarding
Assist in preparing offer letters and appointment letters.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Help conduct induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee personal files and records.
HR Administration
Update and maintain employee databases.
Organize HR documents (physical and digital).
Prepare HR reports using Excel or HR software.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Attendance & Leave Management
Assist in maintaining attendance records.
Coordinate with employees regarding attendance-related queries.
Payroll Support
Help compile attendance and leave data for payroll.




Assist in collecting payroll-related documents.
Support the HR team in maintaining payroll records.
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee events and celebrations.
Support employee wellness and engagement activities.
Help conduct employee feedback surveys.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain HR policies and employee documentation.
Ensure documents comply with company procedures.
Support HR audits and compliance activities.
General HR Support
Respond to basic employee queries.
Coordinate meetings and maintain HR calendars.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.

Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
