Ensure timely completion of the prescribed syllabus.

Student Assessment & Evaluation
Prepare and evaluate assignments, projects, class tests, and examinations.
Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Conduct remedial classes and support slow learners.
Identify and nurture students with exceptional language skills.

Student Development
Promote effective communication and language proficiency.




Encourage participation in literary activities such as debates, elocution, essay writing, storytelling, and drama.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning workplace.
Mentor students for their overall academic and personal development.

Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain attendance, assessment records, lesson plans, and other academic documentation.
Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
Support examination processes and school academic activities.
Assist in organizing school events, competitions, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
Comply with CBSE guidelines and school policies.
