Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring fulfillment.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Lead employer branding initiatives to position McLine Studios as an employer of choice.
Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring dashboards to track performance and optimize processes.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and best hiring practices.
Coordinate with HR and leadership teams to align hiring strategies with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes.
Proven experience in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Excellent interviewing, communication,



and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Robust organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in HR or related discipline.
HR certification is an added advantage.
Experience hiring for architectural, engineering, construction, or design-related roles is preferred.
