Co-ordination with Electrical & IT teams
Testing, commissioning & troubleshooting of system
Has experience in Troubleshooting and debugging the PLC Logic and HMI/SCADA.
Knowledge in wiring diagrams and electronic configuration of PLC Automation systems.
Should be robust in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering fundamentals.
Basic understanding of process engineering documents, including P&IDs;, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture.
Development of new blocks, new libraries in PLC, software development in HMI/SCADA.
Upgradation of obsolete systems.
Troubleshooting and testing at customer site during service and commissioning. Project execution and co-ordination.
Candidate should know PLC, HMI,



and Servo programming of Siemens, AB, Mitsubishi and Delta etc.
Candidates having experience of Servo selection, parameterization, installation and commissioning will be at an advantage.
Robust understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
Experience in power systems, automation, or control systems preferred.
Experience in Electrical wiring, BOM Preparation, PLC Programming.
Experience communicating with hardware (sensors, valves, solenoids, stepper/servo motors and drives)

Technical Skills
Able to develop ladder program of PLC independently Schneider ,Siemens, Allen Bradley
Testing the automation panels, plants
Basic Electrical system and equipment's.
Understand the basic Instrumentation.
Able to read electrical drawings.
Troubleshooting faults in the system.
