Job Title: QA Manager
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Ranchi

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the QA team for manual and automated testing.
Prepare test plans, test cases, and testing schedules.
Ensure software quality through functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Coordinate with development and project teams to identify and resolve defects.
Monitor testing progress, maintain quality metrics, and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Solid knowledge of Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, SQL, and defect tracking tools (JIRA/Bugzilla).
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
