Role: Oversee quality control for hard-shell luggage (ABS/Polycarbonate) production from raw materials to final shipment.
Key Duties:Develop & enforce QC procedures for shells, zippers, handles, wheels, locks
Supervise QC inspectors and train staff on quality standards
Analyses defect logs, implement corrective actions, handle customer complaints
Maintain quality records and report to senior management.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s in engineering/quality management/business Experience: 5+ years in QA/manufacturing (luggage industry preferred) Skills: Attention to detail, data analysis, leadership, communication
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
