Tooth Club is looking for an ambitious, target-driven Patient Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound enquiries into booked consultations
Follow up warm leads to maximise conversion rates
Handle enquiries from Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, website forms and telephone
Build rapport with prospective patients and confidently discuss treatment options, finance and the patient journey
Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales and booking targets
Maintain accurate records within our CRM and booking systems
Work closely with marketing and practice teams to maximise lead conversion
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to booking

Essential Requirements




Fluent spoken and written English
Previous experience in sales, telesales, lead conversion or customer service
Confident, professional telephone manner
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working UK hours on a rotating shift pattern
Experience handling enquiries through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp and other digital channels
Target-driven with a passion for results
Good IT skills and experience using CRM or booking systems
Self-motivated, organised, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
