Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company services and offerings clearly
Generate leads and maintain a database of prospects
Handle basic customer queries and provide solutions
Maintain daily call reports and performance tracking
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools (preferred)
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
