Job Description - Production Supervisor

Location: Sanwer Road Industrial Area, Indore

Position: Production Supervisor

Experience: 1.5 to 3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
Monitor manpower utilization and machine performance.
Maintain product quality as per company standards.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workplace discipline.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production.
Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rework.
Prepare daily production reports and update management.
Train and guide operators and shop floor workers.
B.E. in Mechanical, Production,



or a related engineering discipline.
1.5 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and shop floor management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
