ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead interior design projects at our Banashankari showroom.



You will manage the design process end-to-end — from client consultation and concept development through to execution — ensuring every project reflects FDC's design standards and client expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead client consultations to understand requirements, style preferences, and budgets
Develop space plans, concept designs, mood boards, and 3D visualisations
Prepare detailed design proposals, drawings, and BOQs for client approval
Coordinate with production, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure design intent is delivered
Oversee project timelines and quality through to final installation and handover
Mentor and guide junior designers on projects and design standards
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and finishes to keep FDC's offering current
Liaise with vendors and craftsmen on custom furniture and finishing details REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architect
