BMC IT operates as a global organization with presence across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, delivering services and technology solutions across multiple geographies. This role will be part of the global Quote to Cast IT function, driving alignment of Quote to cash processes, systems,



and integrations across regions.Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Architect to lead the design, optimization, and governance of Quote to Cash technology solutions with a robust focus on Quote to cash flow including Sales Quoting, Billing, Sales commissions, and AI-driven user experiences including Journeys and Agentic AI capabilities.The Business Architect will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise grade solutions primarily in Order processing -quote to cash, commissions process flow. This role acts as a key IT resource to partner with Business, IT teams to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and optimization of Quote to cash systems to support organizational goals.This role will act as a strategic bridge between IT and Senior business stakeholders, delivering scalable, standardized, and compliant Quote to cash solutions to support BMC’s global digital transformation agenda.Key Respons
