Position: Java Systems Engineer

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Write well-designed, effective, and testable code following coding standards and best practices
Identify and fix technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and conduct root cause analysis
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to automate processes and improve system stability
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in Java development

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development




Proficient in Java, J2EE, JDBC, RESTful web services, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
Experience with database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with AWS or other cloud services is a plus
