About the Role
Prismatica Health is hiring RCM Associates to join our US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. You'll work on medical billing, denial management, AR follow-up, and payment posting for US clients. Freshers with fluent, confident spoken English are welcome — full training on US RCM processes will be provided.

What You'll Do
Charge entry, CPT/ICD-10 coding review, and claim submission
Denial triage, appeals, and payer follow-up
AR calling and aging follow-up with US payers
ERA/EOB payment posting and reconciliation
Maintain accuracy in weekly KPI, denial, and AR reporting

What We're Looking For
Fluent, confident spoken English — comfortable communicating directly with US payers
Freshers welcome; prior US healthcare RCM exposure is a plus but not required
Robust attention to detail and ownership of assigned accounts
Comfortable working with HIPAA and data-security standards
Willingness to work from our Ahmedabad office
