Roles & Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues
Perform laptop repairs such as display replacement, keyboard, battery, motherboard, and SSD/RAM upgrades
Handle OS installation, formatting, driver installation, and software configuration
Perform chip-level servicing (if experienced) including IC replacement and motherboard repair
Ensure proper ESD handling and follow service SOPs
Coordinate with the customer support team regarding repair status
Maintain service records, job cards, and daily work reports
Ensure timely delivery of serviced laptops with quality assurance
Provide onsite service support if required

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of laptop hardware components
Experience with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of BIOS, drivers, and firmware updates
Ability to identify power, display, and performance issues
Chip-level knowledge is an added advantage
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills

Educational Qualification:




ITI / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or relevant field
Relevant certification in laptop or hardware servicing is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,591.56 per month
