Duties
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business prospects through outbound calling and outreach.
Conduct engaging client meetings via phone or virtual platforms, ensuring clear communication of product offerings and solutions.
Manage customer inquiries promptly, providing professional support and resolving issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.




Utilize data entry and Microsoft Office tools to accurately record client interactions, sales activities, and account information.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively present solutions and negotiate terms with clients.
Support client onboarding processes by explaining services, gathering necessary information, and ensuring a seamless transition.
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, or improved service delivery.

Experience
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is highly preferred.
Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism.
Strong bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our diverse client base.
Experience with call center operations or customer service environments that require excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
