Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage end-to-end factory operations, ensuring timely production, quality, efficiency, safety, and effective manpower utilisation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production and achieve planned targets.
Supervise machine operators, assemblers, and support staff.
Monitor productivity, machine utilisation, quality, and wastage.
Coordinate with Project Management teams to meet project timelines.
Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and quality procedures are followed.
Plan manpower, materials, and machine utilisation.
Oversee machine maintenance and minimise downtime.
Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
Prepare production reports and update the Head of Operations.
Minimum 5 years experiences in factory/production management, preferably in manufacturing/interior-related industries.
Robust leadership, manpower management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage production targets, quality, and timelines effectively

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
