About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning
Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
Prepare detailed working drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and furniture details.
Create presentations, material boards, and client proposals.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.

Project Management
Lead projects from concept design through execution and handover.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct site visits and resolve design or execution-related issues.

Client Management
Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
Present design concepts and revisions professionally.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination
Source materials and products from vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations and compare specifications.




Coordinate procurement schedules with project timelines.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design projects.
Robust portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
Excellent understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing.

Site execution and project coordination experience.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
