Auri Aesthetics is a premium Semi-Permanent Makeup (PMU) studio specializing in Microblading, Combination Brows, Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Lip Neutralization. We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for sales and customer service.

Job Role

This is more than a receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can create a luxury client experience while confidently converting enquiries into appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients warmly and ensure they have a premium experience.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-in enquiries.
Explain services, pricing, and aftercare to prospective clients.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication.
Follow up with enquiries and consultations to maximize bookings.
Manage appointments and maintain the daily schedule.
Coordinate with the artist to ensure smooth client flow.
Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain records.




Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments for social media.
Maintain studio hygiene, presentation, and client hospitality.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Excellent spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in sales and client handling.
Qualified, well-groomed, and presentable.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience
Salon, aesthetic clinic, skincare clinic, dental clinic, luxury retail, hospitality, spa, wellness, or front office experience.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage.

Salary

Market-market-competitive salary based on experience, plus attractive performance-based incentives.

Working Hours

10 am to 7 pm
