Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups. Track order status and ensure timely material delivery.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams. Update order, delivery, and payment records in Excel or company software. Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.



Maintain proper communication between clients and internal teams. Ensure smooth execution of orders from booking to delivery. Support management in operational activities.
