Position : Customer Support Engineer – International Voice Process

Location : Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift : Night Shift

Weekly Off : Rotational Weekdays

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)
- Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to international customers.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.




- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner/15 Days

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree

CTC: 3 LPA to 4 LPA
