Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end website orders, including dispatch, delivery, returns, and refunds.

- Coordinate with stores, internal teams, and logistics partners such as Gati & FYND for timely order fulfillment.

- Manage daily inventory across Shopify, website, and marketplaces.

- Handle product uploads, catalog updates, pricing, and sold-out product management.

- Manage Shopify operations, including billing/payment coordination and website updates.

- Coordinate with developers for website/Shopify changes and issue resolution.

- Manage AJIO Luxury and Tata CLiQ Luxury operations, including product listings and inventory.

- Maintain daily order fulfillment and inventory reports for Shopify/FYND.

- Handle payment link creation for manual orders and coordinate refund/credit note requirements.





- Monitor and manage inventory using e-commerce inventory/order management tools.

Candidate Profile

- 3 - 5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or D2C.

- Hands-on experience with Shopify and marketplace management.

- Working knowledge of Genesis, Browntape, FYND, or similar e-commerce/order/inventory management platforms.

- Solid understanding of order management, inventory, catalog, and fulfillment processes.

- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong coordination, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing day-to-day e-commerce operations.
