Job Title: Senior Recruitment Executive / Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Location: University Campus, Chandu-Budhera, Gurugram

Work Mode: On-site (100% Work from Office)

Schedule: 6 days a week | 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Executive to lead our end-to-end talent acquisition drives for academic, administrative, and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Strategy: Lead full-cycle recruitment for university teaching staff, leadership roles, and administrative departments.
- Sourcing & Networking: Utilize educational job boards, social media, network channels, and campus networks to source qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with Deans, Heads of Departments (HoDs),



and university management to assess hiring needs and plan hiring timelines.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct detailed preliminary interviews to evaluate domain experience, communication skills, and institutional fit.
- Offer Management: Oversee candidate negotiations, issue offer letters, and handle onboarding processes for new hires.

Qualifications & Requirements QualificationSpecificationExperience10–20 years in talent acquisition and recruitment (Education sector preferred).CommunicationExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.Interpersonal SkillsProfessional presentation, solid negotiation skills, and a pleasing personality.Work SetupMust be comfortable with 6 days a week, 10 AM to 6 PM on-campus schedule.
