Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with BRC, GMP, HACCP standards in the food processing facility.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective quality control processes.
- Ensure timely reporting of findings and recommendations to senior management.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in food technology or related field (QA/QC).
- Robust understanding of BRC, GMP, HACCP regulations and their application in a food processing environment.
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles and practices.
- Basic knowledge of food safety principles.
