Online Reputation Management Intern

About the Role:

This is a role for someone who wants to learn how brand reputation is actually managed online, not just read about it.

At Social

Pill, you will track conversations, respond to real users, flag risks, and help protect and build brand image across platforms under real deadlines, on real accounts. The pace is fast, with multiple brands and conversations moving at once, and the prospect is real: getting hands-on with the kind of reputation management that shapes how audiences see a brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring & Listening

- Track brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across social media, forums, and review platforms on a daily basis.

- Flag potential reputation risks, negative sentiment, or trending issues to the team early.

- Maintain trackers/logs of mentions, complaints, and resolutions for each account.

Response & Engagement

- Draft and post responses to reviews, comments, and queries in the brand's tone of voice.

- Escalate sensitive or high-risk conversations to seniors with the right context.

- Support in managing conversations across Google reviews, social platforms, and other public forums.

Reporting & Coordination





- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly ORM reports summarising sentiment, volume, and key issues.

- Coordinate with account and social teams to ensure responses align with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.

- Help identify recurring themes or complaints that need to be addressed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)

- Strong written English; comfortable adapting tone of voice across different brands.

- Good understanding of social media platforms and how online conversations, reviews, and comments work.

- Attentive to detail, with awareness of current trends.

- Comfortable working with trackers, reports, and daily monitoring tasks.

- Any prior internship exposure to social media/ORM/customer engagement is a plus, not mandatory.
