Key Responsibilities:

- Provide real-time support to RMs for account opening and onboarding activities.

- Assist RMs in resolving issues related to KYC, documentation, and application errors.

- Act as a liaison between RMs and internal teams (operations, compliance, product, tech) to ensure seamless onboarding.

- Track and escalate technical glitches or process bottlenecks to relevant teams for quick resolution.

- Monitor the progress of account opening requests and provide updates to RMs as needed.

- Maintain detailed logs of RM queries/issues and their resolutions for reporting and analysis.

- Share best practices, FAQs, and process updates with Relationship Managers to reduce recurring issues.

Education : Graduate in any discipline. Any Tech or Banking Educational Experience will be preferred.

Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in operations/support roles, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.

Technical Knowledge





- Understanding of account opening processes and digital KYC.

- Hands-on experience working with Postman, Grafana, Clever tap and Workbench for debugging and issue resolution.

- Basic troubleshooting of mobile apps and web-based systems.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and coordination skills to support field teams.

- Solid problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

- Team player with a customer-first attitude.

1. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle high-volume support queries.
