About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor based in or around Panchkula, Haryana to oversee day-to-day construction activities while ensuring quality, progress, and accountability at one of our ongoing residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily on-site presence and monitoring of all operations
- Quality checks and verification against approved drawings and specifications
- Material tracking, delivery, usage, and wastage• Inventory Management• Daily reporting with documentation and photographs
- Identifying and escalating deviations, delays, or risks proactively

Requirements

- 3-5 years of hands-on site supervision experience in residential construction
- Proficiency in reading architectural and structural drawings
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction sequencing
- Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills
- Must be available in office six days a week
- Based in or around Panchkula, Haryana
