About Biofrost

Biofrost is a healthcare startup building an easy-to-use cold therapy solution. With our online marketing already underway, we are now expanding into the offline healthcare market.

We are looking for an experienced sales and business development professional to build and lead our offline sales operations.

What You’ll Do

- Build, recruit and manage a field-sales team.
- Develop sales across doctors, clinics, hospitals, distributors and other healthcare channels.
- Identify new markets, territories, channels and business opportunities.
- Develop and manage distributor and channel partnerships.
- Lead offline activations, market visits and partnership initiatives.
- Set targets and monitor team movement, sales activity and performance.
- Coordinate offline sales efforts with our digital marketing and online business.
- Take ownership of building and growing the offline business.

Who We’re Looking For

- 3–7 years of relevant sales/business development experience.




- Solid preference for candidates with pharma sales experience.
- Experience selling or promoting products to doctors, clinics, hospitals or healthcare professionals.
- Experience in distributor/channel development and management.
- Prior experience building or managing field-sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field work, market development and meeting customers/partners.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable working in a startup environment.
