- 26 years of relevant experience in construction/infrastructure projects, preferably in Water Supply Projects.

- Hands-on experience in safety management for pipeline and civil construction activities.

- Knowledge of construction hazards associated with excavation, trenching, lifting, working at height, confined spaces, and heavy equipment.

- Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, JSA, PTW, incident investigation, and safety audits.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills with workers, subcontractors, and project management teams.

- Ability to conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and site inspections independently.

- Knowledge of applicable construction safety standards and statutory requirements.
