Two positions: Officer — Process / Line QC, at our IQF vegetable plant in Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr.

These are the two people who stand on the line. The blancher and the freezer both need somebody competent present whenever the plant runs, which is why we are hiring two and not one.

We are FSSC 22000 certified, so every check you make is also a record somebody will read later. Doing the check and recording the check are the same job here.

What the role owns

- Blanch adequacy — dwell time, temperature, and the peroxidase check that proves it
- Freezer performance and product core temperature out of the tunnel
- Metal detection and foreign body control. Verification at start-up, at intervals, and at changeover
- Drained weight, piece size, defect counts, colour and texture against specification
- Line clearance before every run, and CCP monitoring records completed in real time
- Product hold and release decisions on your shift, and the deviation report when something goes out of limit

What we are looking for

- 2–7 years in food manufacturing QC,



B.Sc or B.Tech in Food Technology or a related science
- You have worked on a processing line, not only in a laboratory. You are comfortable being on the floor in a cold, wet, noisy hall for a full shift
- Working knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP and CCP monitoring under a certified system
- Willing to work a shift roster. The plant runs continuous-process shifts

What will make you stand out:
- Frozen or IQF experience. Freezing curve, glazing, dwell time, drained weight
- Vegetable or fruit processing — blanching, dicing, optical sorting
- Metal detector or X-ray verification, and sieve or magnet checks
