Key Responsibilities of LPO

- Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and surveillance equipment

- Conduct regular patrols across the mall premises

- Manage crowd control during peak hours, weekends, and events

- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms

- Enforce security procedures and safety protocols

- Assist in fire safety readiness and evacuation procedures

- Prevent and handle theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities

- Coordinate with local police, fire services, and emergency responders

- Maintain accurate incident reports and daily logs

- Provide customer assistance while ensuring security compliance

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in security (mall, retail, airport, hospital, or large facility preferred)

- Knowledge of CCTV operations and security systems

- Familiarity with fire safety systems and emergency response

- Basic first aid knowledge (certification preferred)

- Strong observation and problem-solving skills

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in 24/7 shift operations

- Physically fit and mentally alert
