About the Company

We are a growing solar energy company involved in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of solar power systems for residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Executive to manage daily office activities and support our sales, installation, and customer service operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with customers regarding site visits, installations, documentation, and service requests.
- Maintain customer records, project files, quotations, invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and installation activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding required documents, payments, and project updates.
- Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, invoices, and other business documents.
- Maintain records of solar projects from enquiry to installation and after-sales service.
- Handle email communication and basic online applications/portals.
- Maintain office files, registers, and digital records in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, technicians, and other external parties when required.
- Assist management with general administrative and operational tasks.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good email and internet handling skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Willingness to learn about solar products and installation processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Experience in a solar, electrical, construction, or engineering-related company is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with knowledge of government solar schemes, DISCOM processes, or solar documentation will have an added advantage.
