Job Description :
We are looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead to join our OutSystems CoE. During your time with us, you will be exposed to a broad and engaging range of projects and support the Head of OutSystems in RFP, technical challenges or other demands on the practice/team
As a Tech Lead,



you will drive the implementation of innovative solutions that solve complex technical and business problems, ensuring that all architectural best practices are being followed.
You will need to have a robust technical background, be able to design app-level architecture, and have experience leading a team.

What you’ll be doing:
You will report directly to the Head of OutSystems
Implement solutions that solve complex technical and business problems
You will work closely with the other developers to support the implementation, mentoring and leadership during projects but also support junior developer training and evolution
Support the practice in any activities needed
Working in a consulting and client environment
Working in Agile way forms

What experience you’ll bring:
Minimum of 6 years of Experience in OutSystems projects (ideally +2 years on Technical Lead roles).
Ability to design applications/solutions following the OutSystems 3-layer architecture prin
