We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily nursing operations.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
- Monitor patient care and ensure adherence to hospital policies and nursing protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Ensure proper documentation, medication safety, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Monitor staff discipline, attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Handle nursing-related issues and provide guidance and support to the team.
- Participate in quality improvement and hospital accreditation activities.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid nursing registration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and work in a hospital environment.
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications. Job Type: Full-time
