Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff across shifts
- Train, mentor, and onboard new nursing team members
- Ensure nursing procedures and patient care protocols are followed correctly




- Manage rosters, duty allocation, and day-to-day team issues
- Act as the point of contact between nursing staff and management
- Monitor patient care quality and address concerns promptly

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, including supervisory or team-lead exposure
- Relevant nursing qualification and valid registration
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Proven ability to train and develop team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound working knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards
