- Feeding Assistance – Help patients eat and drink, monitor intake.
- Mobility Support – Help patients move, walk, transfer between bed and wheelchair.
- Vital Signs Monitoring – Check and report temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.
- Bed Making & Cleanliness – Maintain clean and comfortable patient environments.
- Patient Observation – Report changes in patient condition to nurses.
- Emotional Support – Provide comfort and companionship to patients.
- Medical Equipment Assistance – Help set up and clean basic equipment (e.g., bedpans, wheelchairs).
- Documentation – Record basic care activities and intake/output if required.
