Role Description The News Anchor role at Markstein Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a part-time, on-site position based in Gwalior.

The News

Anchor will present news segments clearly and confidently, ensuring accurate delivery of information across broadcast channels. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with reporters and producers, reviewing scripts, and adapting content for live broadcasts and recorded segments. The role involves researching current events, conducting interviews when required,



and maintaining skilled on-camera presence that aligns with the organization’s standards.

The News

Anchor will also participate in editorial meetings, provide feedback on story angles, and help uphold ethical and factual reporting practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills to gather information, develop stories, and present accurate content.
- Candidates should possess Broadcasting and Presenter skills to deliver news clearly, engage audiences, and manage live or recorded segments.
- Candidates should possess Broadcast Journalism expertise to apply journalistic standards, verify facts, and adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Excellent verbal communication, clear diction, and confident on-camera presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong research abilities and awareness of current events, technology trends, and business developments.
- Prior experience in news anchoring, television, digital media, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related discipline is preferred.
