nThis is an Lead Generation specialist or Business Development Executive (Client Facing) Readiness Program (Business Development -> New Client Acquisition - Recruitment -> Client Management)

nTo further enhance our competitive edge we are searching for multiple candidates for our Account Manager career path. This rapid track program is geared towards those that are SALES-DRIVEN, GOAL-ORIENTED AND MONEY-MOTIVATED individuals.

nKey Responsibilities:

nOwn end-to-end Business development, Lead generation or Current client acquisition for US Staffing / recruitment and executive search services across the US market.

nSell Executive search services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities.

nDevelop and implement sales strategies, build business, and identify new opportunities within the recruitment services marketplace and your specified geographic region.

nIdentify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients (Small-market to Mid-market)

nBuild strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Leaders, Founders, CXOs, and Business Heads

nPitch recruitment solutions including Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, and Niche Mandates

nWork closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

nTrack pipeline, forecasts, and closures with structured reporting

nStay updated on industry hiring trends, talent demand, and market intelligence

nDesired Profile:





n2–6 years of experience in Lead generation / Saas / Staffing / Business development with-in US staffing or US market for New-Client Acquisition / Sales within:

nRecruitment agencies

nExecutive search firms

nStaffing / Engineering consulting companies, E.g.: Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronic etc. domain.

nProven ability to acquire new clients in the US recruitment market

nStrong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, fee structures, and hiring models

nExperience selling to US corporate, MNCs, GCCs, or fast-growing startups

nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

nSelf-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-ownership role

nGood to Have:

nExisting HR / CXO network across one or more industries

nExperience handling retained or leadership hiring mandates

nExposure to sectors such as Engineering, GCCs, Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, or Services

nStable Base Salary: Enjoy a reliable monthly income ranging from Rs 25,000/- to Rs 27,000/-, tailored to your experience and expertise.

nPlacement Incentives: Secure a placement, and you'll be rewarded with a one time payment of 2% of the fee collected from the client - bonus – your contribution to our team's success is highly valued.

nPerformance-Based Variable Earnings:

nOne time payment of 25,000 Rupees will be made from the Fee the collected from the each client.

nEarn Rs 500/- for each qualified job orders you successfully posted to the ATS, Approved by the Account Managers – your efficiency directly boosts your income!

nReceive Rs 1,000/- for every successfully agreement signed for a client on-boarding – your success in matching talent earns you more!
