Job Title: Engineering Recruiter – US Staffing
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Time Zone)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Work Mode: Onsite

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Engineering Recruiters with 3–5 years of US staffing experience , specifically in sourcing talent for engineering roles within medical device, aerospace, automotive, or pharmaceutical industries. The role requires strong technical sourcing skills, an understanding of US recruitment processes, and the ability to support clients in a high-performance, quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible full-cycle recruitment for US-based engineering positions
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates using tools like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
Work closely with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and MSPs to understand client needs
Ensure timely interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and offer negotiations




Maintain accurate records using ATS or CRM tools
Understand and screen for US visa statuses (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, etc.)

Required Skills:
3–5 years of experience in US engineering recruitment
Robust technical sourcing and screening skills
Valuable understanding of US hiring practices and work authorizations
Familiarity with working night shifts and managing time-zone aligned communications
Excellent spoken and written English
