RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with project sites and cross-functional teams to ensure timely
project execution.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource deployment.
Review project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive corrective
actions.
Facilitate coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC),
Contracts, Finance, and Operations teams.
Track procurement status of critical equipment and materials.
Review project reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities using project
management tools.
Ensure compliance with project governance standards, timelines, quality
requirements, and statutory norms.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and external stakeholders.
Prepare presentations and status updates for senior leadership.
Monitor project claims, change orders, contractual obligations, and
commercial issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Power Engineering.
MBA/PGDM in Project Management will be an added advantage.
