RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Planning
Develop program plans in alignment with the organization's strategic
direction.
Create and manage program timelines, and budgets.
Identify program dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Program Execution and Monitoring:
Work with cross-functional teams to execute program, ensuring adherence to
quality and timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective
actions as necessary.
Conduct regular program reviews, status updates, and reporting to
stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and
stakeholders.
Allocate and manage budget effectively to achieve program objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
senior management, project sponsors, and external partners.
Conduct regular meetings and communication channels to provide updates,
address concerns, and gather feedback.




Negotiate and manage expectations of stakeholders regarding project scope,
deliverables, and timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification
Bachelor's degree

Experience
15+ years of experience
Proven experience as a Program Manager in managing complex projects from
initiation to successful completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best
practices.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to
motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving
results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, energetic
environment.
PMP (Project Management Skilled) certification is preferred.
