Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Engineer L2 with 36 years of experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, Access Points and Firewalls.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, MPLS, Leased Line and network connectivity issues.
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate / Fortinet Firewall.
- Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of network devices.
- Coordinate with ISP/Vendors for connectivity issues, link activation, restoration and ticket closure.
- Support network changes, maintenance and implementation activities.
- Monitor and resolve network incidents within defined SLA.
- Maintain network documentation, asset details and escalation matrix.




- Coordinate with internal IT/Network teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare basic network incident and operational reports.

Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Network Operations / Network Support.
- Valuable hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Experience with FortiGate Firewall is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate / Short Notice Joiners preferred.
